Americane Heavy is missing from Adobe Fonts

I'm wondering if there's any reason why Americane by HVD Fonts is missing it's heavy weights.  

It would be great if the family could be complete, but perhaps it was a licensing issue?

Some of the type families hosted on the Adobe Fonts service have a limited selection compared to the versions sold commercially. In the case of Americane, a limited number of the regular and condensed versions of the typeface are carried at Adobe Fonts.
