I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error: 

"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error.  I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

    Guys, these days we have fonts down, the new express app botched, I also have issues with acrobat signs, and I got hung up by the support which then told me to wait for and email follow up, and the follow up arrived to say that the conversation is closed. And who knows what other users are experiencing with other apps / services. Honestly I am so frustrated and I am losing tons of time which won't come back. Please if someone has any idea on how to be heard by Adobe, let's share it.

    OK, here's my latest text chat/rant with an on-line guy who seems to be tired of repeating the same line about this issue. At least it confirms that they are aware it is worldwide not just Americas and are working on fixing it ASAP!

    I found this thread when the problem was only four hours old, so I've
    resisted contacting them. I'm glad you and others are doing it though.
    I'm beyond annoyed at this point. It's definitely hurting Adobe's brand.
    At first, I jokingly said I wanted a refund. Now, I really do want one.
    Luckily, I have until Monday to deliver three animations to a client.
    Fingers crossed they fix this very soon.

    As I wrote earlier I noticed on the Major Problem alert that it lists the area affected as "The Americas" if I scroll down and change the option to EMEA it says working fine IT'S NOT AND IT HASN'T BEEN FOR OVER 24HRS there is no update, no accountability, no resource where I can alert them of the problem. The irony is that I OWN all the fonts I want to use but as Type1 versions which Adobe sunset at the beginning of 2023.
    I seriously think this is a problem with the recent CC update, not a server issue, and we are going to have to wait a while!
    I hope Adobe are as understanding when I don't have any clients any more and can't pay their subscription for a few months while I rebuild my business!!!

    Same error here. I'm held up on a project, and discouraged to see it's not been resolved yet.

    Yes, it's been like that for the last 12 hours (which was 10 hours after I experienced the problem for the first time) so I've lost a day's work so far and there is very little feedback or information considering the amount of people affected. I subscribed to updates but I noticed that it says "Americas" for regions  – I'm in Europe and I know it's hitting people in Asia and Africa too so I hope the fix is global.
