Apertura Typekit font missing the Spanish "í" character in web version

Question

The Spanish accented "í" is completely missing for the web version. There are also spacing/kerning issues with certain characters (especially Spanish). The font founder's information is not found. Their website is giving an error as well http://betatype.com/ Is there a work around for this for the web version similar to desktop using a glyph extension?

Also, I'd suggest you try one of the similar fonts listed under “Fonts like Apertura” to get the language support you need.
