Are adobe fonts included with Photoshop?

Hi guys - Are adobe fonts included with Photoshop? 
I dont find it so clear. The website says with the all-apps but it also says it's included 'from xd to in copy' ???? I'm looking at the photoshop and lightroom optio but want fonts too. Thanks

    "More fonts for more Creative Cloud subscriptions
    The complete font library is now included with more paid Creative Cloud subscriptions. If you have a Creative Cloud Photography plan or an Adobe Acrobat single-application subscription, you now get the full font library as well."

    So my reading is that the $10 Photography Plan (some including Photoshop) include Adobe Fonts, but the $20/$30 single-app plan for Photoshop does not. Business plans may vary.
