Question

Are Font Family Previews (25-50 Families per page) of the Adobe Font Catalog available in a downloadable (.pdf) file?

I need 200+ pages significantly reduced (see attached .png) for uninterrupted browsing on this Adobe web page: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts  as I try to find an appropriate font for a job I am starting. A (.pdf) of the entire catalog would help. More, the font website “DA Font” has settings that allows one to view up to 200 fonts at a time.

There aren't any PDF files to display the entire Adobe Fonts catalog. I can imagine a few reasons why such a PDF file isn't available. I do miss printed fonts catalogs from 20 or more years ago.

The 200 page limit on the Adobe Fonts web site is frustrating. I'd like to see more than just 12 type families listed per page. I usually work around the 200 page limit by browsing in more specific categories, such as browsing by specific type foundries.

It would also help if Adobe Fonts had type families tagged with more professional typography terms, such as "humanist," "grotesk," "geometric," etc. under sans serif families and terms like "old style," "transitional," "modern," "didone," etc. under serif type families. Lots of type families fall under text or display categories. The commercial fonts web site stores (such as MyFonts.com) have these kinds of sorting options.

Thanks Bobby H! Funny, if I dug deep enough in my storage trunks, I’m sure I’d find a torn-tattered, spiral-bound LetraSet book… enjoy the rest of Spring.
