Can't activate a font that I need

Hello,

 

I have an issue with activating my adobe fonts. I have a student license and my friend has the excact same license. She can activate the font and I can not. It keeps saying that it's not available and that I have to subscribe to creative cloud to use the font. But I have a subscription. I can activate any font but not the one that I need (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/lamar-pen). I have been trying it the whole day and spoke to several employees about this. 

I really need a solution because I need this font.
