Can't activate font says "Available with CC" but I have CC?

Does my plan include the usage of Adobe fonts? How come the font shows as "Available with CC" and I can't activate them in the app anymore?

Because it's an enterprise plan, it's possible that the enterprise (company/school etc) has chosen not to include the font service.
