Can't activate fonts

First to all, sorry for my english. I'll try my best.

 

I try several time to activate some typefaces and doesn't appear in Illustrator but in https://fonts.adobe.com/my_fonts show all the types I activate.

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are unable to see your fonts in the Illustrator app. I would like to know if the fonts are visible in other Adobe apps.
