Can't download Adobe Thai Font

Hi can anyone help me? I have tried troubleshooting and loggged in and out of the Creative Cloud desktop app. I can't seem to download the Adobe Thai Font. Here's the link https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/adobe-thai thank you!

The Adobe Fonts service is not a download service. You activate fonts that are made available to your applications (not just Adobe applications) on the system on which you have activated the particular fonts.

You are not directly supplied with a font file itself.
