Can using adobe fonts trigger any legal issues?
Can i run into any legal issues such as copyright for using adobe fonts in musical album covers going up on streaming platforms?

No. As long as you are either displaying content as either an image using the font or are serving the font via Adobe Font's font serving mechanism, your use case is clear of any restrictions or legal issues.
