Cannot load a font.

I have a project that we did a couple of years ago. The font was Archerus Grotesque. It is not an adobe font and I cannot find on my drive. I bought it from font spring, and installed on my Mac, but it is not showing up in Illustrator as an option and still says font is missing.

I uploaded it into the cloud/fonts section, rebooted cloud and illustrator and it is still now allowing me to use or see.  ILLUSTRATOR: 2024, updated July 25, 2024, Macintosh Apple Ms Pro, Sonoma 14.5

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi, @Head Lizard, just to be sure I understand, you uploaded Archerus Grotesque through the Creative Cloud app, but it's not showing up in Illustrator. Here are the steps I took to do the same with a font I just purchased, Moonwild. Note, I am using Windows, but to install the font on my system, I make sure to “Install for all users.” Do you have the same option?
