Cant access fonts

I have an Adobe Account and I have a paid subscription through my school, which allows me access to all the adobe apps and services. I am trying to active more fonts from fonts.adobe.com and its saying I need to subscribe to CC to access the fonts, but I am subscribed so whats going on here?
