Certain fonts cannot be activated

Hello, I am confused to how I can't seem to activate certain fonts
Like, the activate button does not show up at all when I view certain font families like AcierBAT, Aaux Next and Marvin
I have activated and used these fonts before but suddenly they're deactivated and can't seem to reactivate them again
I really didn't want to pirate them or find them in free font websites but I don't know any other solution around this issue
Does this have anything to do with my account plan/subscription? I am just using a university provided adobe acc, is there a difference with individually subscribing to cc?
