change my last name in my Adobe profile

Hello! I am unable to change my last name in my Adobe profile (account.adobe.com). When I try to save the changes, I get the following error message: “An error occurred while saving your profile name. Please try again.” I have tried the following:

1. Clearing my browser's cache and cookies.

2. Changing my browser and device.

3. Checking the data entry using a text editor.
The problem remains unresolved.

Good afternoon, this is a personal account, and I used your method as described here , before your reply. Nothing has changed since then... it still gives an error and refuses to correct it.

Can you please confirm the account type? Is it a personal account, an Edu account, or a team/enterprise account provided by an organization? 

If it is a personal account, the steps mentioned here should update the name in the profile. If it's any account type other than personal, you may need to contact the IT administrator and have them change the name via the admin console. Refer: https://adobe.ly/49DLGHZ
