Choosing Regular Italic turns into Bold Italic in MS Office

Hi,

I have Filson Soft activated on my Mac. It seems to have been activated properly. However, when I want to change regular text in Word, Powerpoint or another Microsoft Office Application into italic text it turns into Bold Italic. Whether I hit the Italic button or I choose Regular Italic in the Fonts Dropdown Menu the text turns Bold Italic in the document. How to fix this? Who can help me out?

Hi Harshika,

 

Here's a link to a short video in which I try to use Filson Soft Regular Italic. As you can see I end up with Bold Italic 😞

The font is activated in CCapp
