Cloud doesn't work

I designed using adobe fonts and now my cloud doesn't work so the fonts aren't available and I can't make changes to the file.

I'm using Windows 7.

"Unable to reach Adobe servers"

Tried the protocol settings already by activating 1.2 still a no go with cloud
