Creative Cloud won't scroll through or search in list of activated fonts

This question has been asked before, but there was no answer that worked for me there, so I'm trying again. I'm trying to check something about an activated font. So I tried looking through the list of fonts under the "Manage Fonts" section of Creative Cloud, but there's no way to scroll through the list; I can only see the first few names, and can go no farther. And all of the dropdowns under the font family names are fully open, so if you were able to scroll, you'd have to go past every "Bold," "ExtraBold," etc., each taking up an entire line. Am I missing something? This is quite useless as it stands.

I'm on an iMac, using Ventura 13.6.1. As far as I know, I have the Creative Cloud app updated.

I have come here to agree with you on the uselessness as the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app for font management. Currently, I am opting to use non-adobe fonts where i can, and a rickety outdated version of Font Explorer that crashes every time I use it, rather than closing every dropdown (also agree on WHY ARE THEY ALL OPEN??) to search through the ones I just selected to activate - alphabetically. There are no page numbers in the results, or even aphabetical stops per letter.

Not sure they ran this interface through their user survey system. I stopped taking those when i realized they asked the same question 5 different ways for each thing they needed to know.

I'd be a lot happier with the Fonts section of the Creative Cloud desktop app if the scroll bars for the fonts list actually worked. There are scroll bars there, but they're hidden from view. They re-appear just for a fleeting moment and then immediately disappear whenever I hover a pointer over them. The scroll bars just need to stay persistently in view 100% of the time. It's just aggravating to fight scroll bars that stay in view for only a split second. I end up giving up on the scroll bars at all as though they do not exist. I'm stuck settling for a mouse wheel or arrow keys on the keyboard to do any scrolling of the list.

Hi Bobby,

I had the same problem, I'm working with a Wacom and I can't scroll through my added fonts.
I just putted 1 ExpressKey on scroll on my Wacom tablet and it works! So I just push on my scroll ExpressKey and I can scroll with my pen JEEEEEEY

This is my biggest complaint about the Creative Cloud desktop app. The fonts list does have scroll bars, but they appear only in very fleeting fashion and are otherwise totally useless. When I'm using my desktop PC at work I have to use the scroll wheel on my mouse to scroll through the fonts list. I use a Wacom graphics tablet on my home setup. The Wacom Pen has no scroll wheel. So I'm reduced to using the arrow keys on the keyboard to (slowly) tap away through the list.

I also don't like how every type family in the list is automatically expanded out, showing all styles. That leads to a LOT more scrolling. And scrolling through the fonts list is not easy. The fonts list needs to be automatically collapsed down showing only the type family names. The list of fonts in each family could then be displayed by clicking on the type family name.

Exactly--I don't know why that isn't the default. I have a Wacom pen, as well, but the keyboard arrow keys didn't even work for me.

Well that really sucks. The only other solution I can think of is attaching a mouse with a scroll wheel. But I don't know how well those work under OSX. Hopefully you might already have one to test.
