Does a spark subscription (without cc) give you all the adobe fonts, even for other non-adobe apps?

Our team has Adobe CC. I have a colleague that would like to use Adobe Spark only. I see it is advertised that with Spark, you have access to all the Adobe fonts. We don't want to purchase a full CC subscription for this person, but would like to make sure she uses Proxima-Nova as our corporate font.

The question I have is that if she would like to do a layout in a non-Adobe app like Powerpoint, will she also be able to use Proxima-Nova (an Adobe font)? If not, what are our options?
