Downloaded fonts not being recognized in documents

I'm having an issue with the MrsEaves font family. I'm opening documents that were created on a Mac using the MrsEaves fonts. I have the font family downloaded from Adobe fonts on my PC. When I go to open those documents from the Mac on my computer, the fonts aren't recognized even though I have the Eaves font family. I'm having to go in and change them all and it's very time-consuming. Any thoughts? Is this an issue between PC and Mac?

The Mrs. Eaves font family is not freeware and is not available at the posted URL. We have redacted the URL provided as it may be providing improper access to commercial fonts posted thereupon.

I have a similar issue excepting both computers are Macs. A document created on one Mac with Rialto Grande and printed on another Mac (both computers have Rialto Grande activated) does not include Rialto Grande. A sans serif font is substituted. I have tried deactivating/activating the font, restarting the computer, and signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in, and none of these toggles works. Any suggestions?

You can try to download these fonts here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I've had the similar problem that was solver with the fonts from this source. Maybe you like it. Let me know.
