Duplicate fonts old roaster directions

I am way out of my depth on this one. I am trying to duplicate the fonts used on a water damaged and torn set of instructions for a J. Picard roaster that I have. I sure hope I can be given some advice on what fonts to use to replicate. I know it is in rough condition but I do have the time to restore it.
