Hello, can you add typefaces designed against some common symptoms of dyslexia? 

OpenDyslexic, Sylexiad, Dyslexie, Read Regular, Leggimi are perfect ones.

    Yes, it would probably enrich the font database to add such fonts, but currently, there is no one who limits you to use them according to their licence terms.
