Error activación de fuentes en adobe fonts

Adobe fonts me ha estado dando problemas para activar fuentes. En la web salen como fuentes activas pero en el creative cloud no aparecen. Otras fuentes que tengo en uso desaparecen de la nada y no las puedo activiar nuevamente. Las cuentas estan linkeadas correctamente y los programas actualizados. También reincie la cuenta y el problema persiste. Mi equipo es windows 11.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
