Error when activating fonts

Hi all,

Everytime I click the Activate font toggle on any font today, I get this error:

"An error occurred while trying to activate fonts. Please try again."

Does anyone have any ideas? I've done this successfully plenty of times so I'm not sure what's up. The error message is pretty vague.
