Export Favourites/Activated Settings

I have two adobe accounts; I have a personal account that I use privately and another that the company I work for has set up.

I would like to know if it is possible to export data like ‘favourites’ or ‘activated’ fonts from one account and apply them to another account – rather than having to go back through and add fonts manually?
