Help!

I've gone around the usual routes ( adobe font identifer, what the font) trying to identify it and I'm getting no where.

Does anyone know this font please?

It looks like a bold weight of Bank Gothic. Or someone took the medium weight of Bank Gothic and applied a line stroke or path offset to the letters to thicken them artifically.
