font-family: undefined;

Having odd issues with fonts in a web project. I have several in a single web project, but I noticed within the past week or so when I click "copy CSS" on any of them, it returns "font-family: undefined;" when pasted. Along with that, the font wont appear on a website that uses the web project link. However, if it was font added to the project before this issue started happening, it will still appear on a website that uses the web project link. So essentially, no new fonts are working with this web project, but I have no clue as to why. I'm currently on a business/enterprise profile for my adobe account. As far as I can tell from logging into my account and viewing the "Plans & Payment," the entire adobe suite is still activated. I haven't been able to resolve the issue with live chat support, so hoping some answers will turn up here.

    Same behavior in my project.

    When I click "copy CSS" in my WebProject, The System returns font-family's value "undefined" like below.

     

    font-family: undefined;
font-weight: 300;
font-style: normal;

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you tell me which font you're having trouble adding to the web project? Have you tried adding any other fonts with the same result? Also, what's the ID of the web project you're trying to work with?

    Adobe Garamond Pro is likewise undefined in my web project.
    This probably happens in all web projects and with all fonts.
