Font installation error message

Question

Hi all - does anyone know what triggers this error message? I am trying to install a font called Teodor, which was purchased by an agency that a client of mine is working with. I have a feeling this is related to licensing but I don't see that there is any issue with the font files. I am getting the same error message when I try to install both the TTF and the OTF files.

When I double-click on one of the TTF files, I get this error:
