Font is activated, but the variation I use often has disappeared

I activated an adobe font a while ago, I use the 'medium' variation of this for a current project but it's disappeared. No matter how many times I attempt to deactivate and reactivate it, it still doesn't come back. I've tried restarting my laptop, closing and reopening apps but with no luck.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are having trouble using a variation of the  font. Would you mind telling us the name of the Adobe Font? Is it happening with all the fonts or with a specific font? Are you not able to see the variation in a specific Adobe application or it's not visible to any Adobe application?
