Question

Font licensing for collateral across entire company - Word, PowerPoint, etc

Looking for some information about using an Adobe Font for materials used throughout a company. If an Abobe font is used in a Word document or Powerpoint presentation that 75+ people need to be able to view and modify, does every individual computer need a license?

If so, this makes using these fonts prohibitive, no?

Thanks

Tim

Adobe Original fonts can be purchased through fontspring. If it's something you can get from almost any font resource, you might want to reach out to see what it would cost. Here is the Font Licensing page from Adobe, where you might find more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/using/font-licensing.html?source=post_page---------------------------#act-lic

Yes everyone needs a license. Nothing has changed, though if everyone were a Creative Cloud subscriber, many fonts are bundled. As with every intellectual property, if the price is too high you may seek another, and quality often comes at higher price; but it seems entirely reasonable to charge each user of the font, after all each user must pay for Word.
