Font management, can't add fonts to Creative Cloud Desktop

Hello, I have an issue with Creative Cloud Desktop and font management: Adobe fonts works ok, but add fonts is not even shown and I can't find a setting or parameter to allow it. Option to add fonts from computer should be shown in the left panel, below Adobe fonts:

I had this same issue and could NOT find 'Add fonts to Creative Cloud' when I accessed CC directly from my browser.  Once I downloaded the Creative Cloud app to my desktop, it worked perfectly!
