Font Management Functionality Questions

Trying to use Adobe Creative Cloud on my Mac to activate/deactivate fonts for various customer project. It's VERY clumsy to use, and I wonder if I'm missing something. Here are my questions:

1. Can the lists of active or "previously active" fonts be listed alphabetically? (Would save hours of scrolling around every week trying to find a client's fonts.)

2. The font listings come up every time "expanded" and showing all the faces in the family. Can I "collapse" all fonts in the list with one command? (Again, would save a lot of scrolling around every. single. time.)

3. There is apparently no "search" for the fints listed in either the "Active" or "Previously Active" lists. (It's a royal pain!)

The lack of these fundamental capabilities makes the Adobe font management a constant source of stress and frustration.

(It's hard to believe Adobe doesn't have these basic commands in their app like every other font management app on the planet!)
