Which font should I use as body text when my heading is cc running with scissors? I adjusted the font a little bit.

How much body copy will be on the page? If it's a modest amount of copy a wide variety of typefaces could work, even semi-squared technical looking typefaces like Eurostile or Transducer VF. If the body copy is more than a couple of paragraphs, or spans multiple columns then it would be more appropriate to use a serif typeface specificially oriented for longer passages of text.

Hi @Kiyara_Denayer4518

I didn't have any personal recommendations so asked MS Copilot (similar to ChatGPT) and it provided these suggestions:

Here are five excellent body text fonts from Adobe Fonts that pair well with the expressive and playful CC Running With Scissors heading font:

1. Articulat CF

  • Style: Geometric sans-serif
  • Why it works: Clean, modern, and highly legible. It offers a sharp contrast to the quirky nature of your heading font.

2. Proxima Nova

  • Style: Humanist sans-serif
  • Why it works: Friendly and versatile, with excellent readability. It’s a popular choice for body text in both print and digital.

3. Source Sans

  • Style: Neutral sans-serif
  • Why it works: Designed for clarity and legibility, especially on screens. It’s unobtrusive and lets your heading font take the spotlight.

4. Freight Text Pro

  • Style: Serif
  • Why it works: Adds a touch of sophistication and warmth. Ideal if you want a more editorial or literary tone.

5. Skolar Sans

  • Style: Humanist sans-serif
  • Why it works: Slightly more personality than Source Sans, with excellent readability and a friendly tone.

Hope these are helpful. If you click the font name, it should take you to the font on https://adobe.ly/4o4sAPj

Best,
