    I don't think Adobe are accepting submissions. They work with established font foundries. I may be wrong though, good luck!

      Anyhow, fonts are not sold... they are part of a subscription, so I think that foundries have a licensing agreement with Adobe. If you have interesting fonts there will be no one keeping you away from contacting Adobe headquarters on this matter.
