Font size / Type

interested in purchasing Adobe 'Effra' font but Adobe doesn't specify the font size or the font Type - both of which are important attributes to determine overall download size/speed for a website.

I can make assumpotions that Adobe use one of the standard file formats such as OTF or WOFF but it's not specified anywhere obvious.

Also, what is the download sizde of this font  wheb applied on a webpage and downloaded to the user's browser - this information ought to be readuily available befor the purchase process begins
