Fonts being used in TV commercials

Hi Guys,

Could you please let me know if fonts can be used in TV commercials?

I know images can be used only up to 500k views and that may not be corporated in television program, video or other other digital production if the audiance is expected to be greater than 500k viewers in total.

Is this the case with the fonts as well? I couldn't find any info about this.
