Fonts currently not available con my computer

Hello, 

I've been dealing with this issue for two days now and I'm a little bit frustrated because I'm wasting too much time on this. 

I'm trying to activate the Neue Haas Unica family font to use it in Illustrator and it allways popps up the same error. I've tried to resolve this and it's simply not working.

Please help me out!
