Fonts disappeared from creative cloud

While working on projects last night, I went to activate a new font from Adobe Fonts. On the webstie (fonts.adobe.com) it says the font was added, but it didn't show up in InDesign or Illustrator. I checked the creative cloud app, and the new fonts didn't show up. I restarted CC, and then all the fonts I had previously disappeared.

Since then, I have done the following with no changes:

• Signed out of CC and re-signed in
• Restarted my computer
• Signed out of CC, restarted my computer, then re-signed in
• Uninstalled CC, restarted my computer, re-downloaded and installed CC
• Changed wifi networks, rinse and repeat of above

This is becoming increasingly more frustrating as I have deadlines to finish these projects but am now unable to continue working on them due to my fonts all disappearing. This is now the second time I've had this issue (last time it "fixed itself" a week later) and I can't find any answers on how to fix it.
