Fonts loaded but not visible

anyone have issues with Adobe CC fonts being "active" but not being visible or usable when in AI? My fonts have worked in the past but at some 'upgrade' my selected fonts are no longer active. They are active in the Adobe Fonts webpage and I've tried deactivating and reactivating but still no luck.

Thanks for any insight to getting these workign again would be great.

We are sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue? Please try deactivating and reactivating the font from fonts site and ensure that the activated font is visible in Creative Cloud desktop app.

Yes! I activate fonts. They show activated. Then they deactivate right off, even though they still show activated.
