Fonts on web and mobile version

When I free trialled the web version I noticed there wasn't many fonts to choose from, is there a way to add more or is that only possible with the pc version? What about the mobile version can you upload your own fonts to that?

Also, if I pay the monthly subscription can I have it on my phone and laptop?
