fonts say activated on my laptop but don't appear in any application?

I have two computers but according to the CC fonts have the correct font active but when i open InDesign or photoshop on one of them the fonts are not there? In past I have had Adobe support log in and fix this but since our company consolidated there licensing I no longer have access to direct support… can anyone help?

I'm having the same issue. The font is activated, syncing is turned on, but the font isn't showing in XD. Any help much appreciated!

I have second line support loging into my computere in a bit to try and fix this I will post bake if they do.
