Fonts Vanish from Designs After Reboot; CC Fonts Stuck "Connecting"

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Creative Cloud Fonts. I've successfully downloaded fonts via Creative Cloud and used them in my design project. However, when I close and later reopen my laptop, all those fonts disappear from my design file. Meanwhile, the Creative Cloud Fonts interface continuously shows a 'scrolling' or 'connecting' animation, even though I have a perfectly stable internet connection. This prevents the fonts from reloading properly. What could be causing this?

I think one reason this can happen is because Libraries stop syncing. Try opening the Creative Cloud desktop app and click on the cloud icon in the upper right corner. The drop down menu will tell you if libraries have stopped syncing. When that happens you can open the Files tab and Your Libraries in the the Files menu. That can force libraries to start syncing again.

In more stubborn cases it may require signing out of the Creative Cloud account, rebooting the computer and then signing back into the account again.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud desktop to the Adobe Fonts forum.
