Frustrating - can't activate Arboria font family

I recently received my logo from the graphic designer and she went for Arboria. Apartently I don't have this logo on my computer but I also can't activate it.

 

Any idea why? It's really frustrating!!!

    Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind confirming if you're using the free plan for Adobe Fonts? If yes, there will be limited set of fonts available for you. The complete library of the fonts will be availale with paid plan.
