General Failure - Brandon Grotesque

I'm trying to access projects that we've used the Brandon Grotesque family of font in and I'm getting an error.  "Some of teh embedded fonts in your presentation cannot be installed" and the "Reason" is "General Failure".  I've tried deactivating and reactivating them but to no avail.   Any advice?

      We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried checking in another browser? Which browser are you using? Did you try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps? We're here to help, just need some info.

      It's not a web project, sorry.  It's for a PPT project, it worked previously, but now I'm receiving the error. Is it because it's adobe vs microsoft?
