Question

Google Page Experience and font embedding

Google Page Experience is coming and search ranking will be impacted by site load speed and other factors. The embed call to Adobe Typekit servers is hurting scores. Is there any plan to allow subscribers to upload fonts to their sites using some sort of optimization so it will be much faster? You can alreday do this with other fonts adn WordPress plugins.

If Adobe won't provide an optimization I'm afraid we can't continue to use Adobe fonts on sites.

Ah, just now seeing this on a Typekit competitor...

"Trust, not Trackers. We have great customers, smart design professionals, who play by the rules. We trust them to choose the appropriate license for their project. We don’t track font usage on the desktop, the web, or in your apps."

They are giving us the option to no embed via a script to their servers. Adobe?
