Halyard Display missing font-weight 300 in published kit

I'm using appcues for a project and it has built in support for adobe font kits.  When I use this font it works great for all weights except 300, which seems to be missing.  I'm not sure what's going on, but we use this font for other projects and that weight is readily available independent of adobe fonts.  I'd like to know if I'm missing something here or if it indeed has an issue and if it can be fixed.
