Have to open creative cloud to activate fonts EVERY reboot

All of my Adobe fonts will not load in Ae, Pr Ps, or Ai unless I open creative cloud and go to the Adobe Fonts panel.  Creative Cloud loads on startup, so I'm not sure why the fonts aren't automatically loading... It's quite frustrating to have to close whatever App I have open go into Creative Cloud and click the Fonts tab to make sure they are available in app.
