How can I get Adobe fonts in Photoshop Elements 12 now that 'Activate fonts' has gone?

Hi all!

I use Photoshop Elements 12 but have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription so that I can access the fonts.

Before, when I saw a font I wanted to use, I had to click 'Activate font' and I could use the font with no problem.

Today, it seems that it's now 'Add font' but when I do that, and try to use the font in Elements, it's not available.

Is there anything I can do? Am I doing something wrong?

I'd be grateful for any advice!

If the fonts you're adding at Adobe Fonts aren't appearing the fonts menu of Adobe Photoshop Elements you'll need to open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Over in the right column under your account name click on the Adobe Fonts icon. Once you're looking at your list of fonts added from Adobe Fonts you'll need to click the "Install Family" button on any fonts you want to make available for all applications on your computer.
