How to get both Qazaq and Казакша glyphs in the same font?

I am lost. Except the brilliant Source Sans Pro, there are second to none fonts with simultaneous support of both Kazakh scripts. They use Latin script for a few years and this is official. Also they use "soviet" Cyrillic script, which is widely used. 

For the project I need consistent display of both scripts. And I can't find anything sans-serif or serif that would display these phrases correctly in the same font:

Gúlder – tabıǵattaǵy eń erkin sulýlyq.
Гүлдер – табиғаттағы ең еркін сұлулық.
₽ ₸

If you know the right typeface in Adobe Fonts, please help me.
