How to synchronise "favorits" in all CC-Apps?

Maybe it's a problem related to my setup but I don't really get how to synchronise favorite "fonts" among all CC-apps. Everytime after updating Photoshop, InDesign etc my favorite are gone. Furthermore when liking fonts online at Adobe Fonts, these marked favorites never show up in Photoshop when I try to filter by favorites. Is there a way to synchronise favorite fonts for all apps?
