How to use Pharma Braille in Adobe Acrobat or Illustrator?

Hi there,

I am trying to activate a braille font from PharmaBraille to use in adobe on artwork creation. The font is downloaded and installled on my device and also shows up on Adobe Acrobat as a font to use. However the issue is when I click to use this font it reverts back to Myriad Pro. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening or what I may have done wrong when installing it?

It sounds like there may be some kind of technical problem with the font file. Did you install the font in the computer's operating system (Windows Fonts folder or the Mac OSX Font Book)?
